  Job responsibilities：

  2.According to the bidding book and company requirements, to answer to bid and type selection design of belt conveyor, belt machine needed to complete the tender offer details (including all the kinds of homemade parts, name, weight, and quantity, and all the kinds of purchased components, name, specifications, quantity and weight, and indicate the specific requirements), accessories and parts, detailed, technical deviation table and technical specifications of belt conveyor, the need to provide the scheme of belt conveyor, load diagram and electrical diagram, provide the relevant drawings. It is reasonable to ask for the scientific and reasonable design of the selected design. In order to meet the requirements of the tender and the user's site use, it is required to have the lowest cost and the lowest price, ensuring the success rate of the winning bid.

  3.Carry out the design and drawing of the general drawing of belt conveyor and parts, and prepare the relevant technical materials required for production according to the company's production process and regulations.

  4.Carry out the technical service of the belt machine production process to solve the technical problems in production and manufacturing.

  5.Provide the layout plan and details of MA forensics, as well as the on-site inspection technical data such as the general drawing of the equipment, the instruction manual, the relevant matching kits, and the design calculation instructions.

  6.Provide the belt machine delivery list and instructions, carry out the installation and debugging technical guidance of the field belt machine, user training, and solve the technical problems in the process of the belt machine.

  Job requirements

  1.Major in mechanical design, manufacturing, automation, mining machine, etc., bachelor degree or above, 30 years old and 50 years old, with more than 5 years of belt conveyor type design and research and development experience.

  2.With rich experience in design theory and selection of belt conveyor, I am familiar with the design, production and application of various belt conveyor.

  3.Successful design of large belt conveyor and tubular belt conveyor, or in the large belt type conveyor professional manufacturing enterprise, design institute for years of selection designer is preferred.

  4.Proficient in computer graphics, CAD and solidworks software. Finite element analysis is preferred.

  5.Strong ability of product design, r&d and innovation and strong communication, organization and coordination. Have excellent professional quality, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, can withstand pressure and accept challenge.

  6.Can independently complete the design and proposal of various class belt conveyor.
